Please note, for your application to be considered it must be completed in full.
Have a look on our site at our available rental properties. Once you have decided you would like to
apply, simply send an email to lettings@dngduffy.ie to request an application form to be sent out
to you.
Alternatively, if you send an enquiry on one of our listings through DAFT or MyHome, we will reply
via email with an application form.
Along with the application form, you will receive our checklist of documents required to fulfil your
application. These will include:
You can also add any documents you think are relevant to your application. It goes without saying
that the more information you can provide, the stronger your application will be.
Once you have submitted your completed application, it will be discussed with the landlord for
review. From there, it is up to the landlord to choose who they would like to invite for a viewing. If
you are chosen, you will receive an invitation for a viewing appointment from one of our agents.
Then & only then, can you view the property.
If you do not receive an invitation to view, it means that unfortunately your application has been
unsuccessful.
Please bear in mind, there are hundreds of enquiries to respond to for each property. We ask that
you be mindful of this and allow time for us to get through and respond to all, which we will.
If you do not receive an email response with the application form within a couple of hours of
requesting it, no need to panic. If you do not receive a response within 48 hours of requesting, we
would suggest resending your request and only then calling the office to confirm receipt.
