Green Park Houses (on campus) is a brand-new building, located directly across from Greenpark, with individual ensuite bedrooms from September at a cost of €750 per month. You will be sharing a large communal area and a double kitchen.

The Launch Pad

The Launch Pad (off campus, 7 minute walk to DKIT) located above Niall Clarke Oils service station on the Dublin Road comprises of 6 double rooms (single bed, single occupancy) and 1 single room.

Utilities are €400 per semester, totalling €800.00 for the academic year. The double room is priced at €600.00 per month and the single room is €450.00.
