Accommodation (on campus) consists of a shared apartment with 5 individual rooms, 2 shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen with a living space.

Available from September at a cost of €500 per month.

Utilities are €350 per semester, totalling €700 for the academic year.

Rohe Park Houses

Rohe Park Houses (on campus) is a brand-new building, located directly across from Green Park Apartments, with individual ensuite bedrooms. You will be sharing a large communal area and a double kitchen.

Available from September at a cost of €750 per month.

Utilities are €350 per semester, totalling €700 for the academic year.

The Launch Pad

The Launch Pad (off campus, 7 minute walk to DKIT) located above Niall Clarke Oils service station on the Dublin Road comprises of 6 double rooms (single bed, single occupancy) and 1 single room. You will share common areas.

The double room is priced at €600 per month and the single room is €450.

Utilities are €400 per semester, totalling €800 for the academic year.
